There is nothing more frustrating than being held back by self doubt and lack of confidence when you want to make a new choice to move your life in a new direction. You know if you could only get the courage to start things could be amazing for you.
Hypnosis is a very powerful technique that can change old limiting beliefs and help us to let go of self-doubt and lack of confidence. I would recommend listening to the Hypnosis session just before sleep or as you wake in the morning. Just before sleep and as you wake in the morning are two beautiful windows of opportunity to bypass the analytical critical conscious mind and go straight to the subconscious mind where we hold our beliefs.
Try to listen to the recording every night or morning for a minimum of two weeks and as you do, begin to consciously notice any changes in how you think, feel, and act. Our beliefs are habits of thinking, when we think the same particular thought many, many times it eventually becomes a belief. This is for both positive and negative beliefs. A belief like any other habit can be changed so we are never really stuck.
As well as listening to the Hypnosis I invite you to become very aware of your internal and external self-talk. We explored this in the webinar, our words hold significant power and energy Become consciously aware of how you are speaking to yourself about yourself, is it kind, loving, patient, and compassionate ? or is it harsh, critical full of self-loathing? Reframe your negative thoughts and create a positive thought instead.
Taking these conscious action steps will significantly strengthen the power of the Hypnosis and speed up the shift from self-doubt and fear to courageous and confident.
